These outdoor feather banners are manufactured in 6 different shapes (concave, convex, straight, angled,
drop and rectangular) and 7 different sizes (XXSmall, XSmall, Small, Medium, Large, XLarge, XXLarge).
For a same size, the same hardware accepts all shapes of bow flag so there is never any additional hardware, to
purchase if a new shape is desired.
Feather flag can be quickly and easily changed for a new marketing campaign.

- Hemmed sides, left side with sleeve made of printed custom flag material, one grommet at bottom.
- Printing:
•Digital Printing (Digital Chemical Dye Sublimation: DCD-Print).
•Screen Printing (Chemical Screen Dye Print: CSD-Print), for large quantities.

• Do not fly your Xtreme Wind Sail® 200 in extreme winds (any wind speed exceeding what is listed below) and/or thunderstorms:
Single-Reverse: 55-63mph or 10bft and Double Sided banner: 39-46mph or 8bft
• Do not fly your Standard Wind Sail® 100 in extreme winds (24-31mph or 6bft and higher for single-sided and/or thunderstorms
(not recommended for double-sided).
• Do not use near overhead wires. User must read and observe construction sheet. If this is not done correctly it may
result in damage to the unit, injury, or death, and all warranties will be void. All warranties will be void if the Wind Sail®
hardware is used with any flag not produced by us.

Delivery time: 7-10 business days
Kit 1(for soft ground) includes: a set of aluminum and fiberglass pole segments with assembly sheet, 1 custom flag with bungee cord
and 1 base for soft ground (ground sleeve with bearings).
Kit 2(for hard floor) includes: a set of aluminum and fiberglass pole segments with assembly sheet, 1 custom flag with bungee cord
and 1 base for hard floor (cross base with bearings or square base for XS and XXS). Requires weigh bag($15.00) for outdoor use.
Sail shapes are concave, convex, straight and angled banners
Rectangular shape is recommended for outdoor use only(no horizontal arm). For rectangular indoor application, click here to see our other

Flying Banner Graphic Guidelines
|
|
Acceptable File Formats:
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Photoshop
• Corel Draw
• Freehand
The files can be sent in MAC or PC Format
Layout:
Define pictures in CMYK mode.
Define colors according to RAL or Pantone
Picture images must have a resolution of 300 dpi and scale of 1:10.
We require an additional 10% of picture for finishing.
Do not use closed EPS files
Stroke Strength:
To avoid unclear or blurred images please observe a minimum line strength of .04" (1mm)
and .08" (2mm) for inverse lines. To intensify the Serif fonts, a contour of the same color can be placed around the characters.
Color:
If you provide us with pantone color, we will match defined colors as closely as possible,
however the 100% reproduction of defined colors (PANTONE, RAL) is not always possible.
If you are concerned about color matching, we recommend printing a
sample at additional cost and production time.
